Delivery and returns

We offer fast and secure delivery for Bulgaria and abroad. Each product is carefully packaged and secure.

The standard delivery time is within:
- 24 hours for in-stock jewelry and
- up to 15 (fifteen) business days - for custom-made jewelry.

Delivery and insurance are free for the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

Expect your shipment after electronic confirmation of your order to the email you provided.

We deliver to an address specified by you or to an ECONT office throughout the country. You will receive a phone and text message from the courier company regarding the delivery day and the amount due, if you have chosen the cash on delivery payment option.

International service Worldwide shipping via DHL Express for delivery, fully insured and free. For security reasons, the contents of the package will not be specified. If you have ordered your jewelry for a surprise proposal or gift, rest assured that the item will be delivered discreetly at a time convenient for you. Your jewelry will be carefully packaged and placed in luxury packaging.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 14 days of receipt. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.

Products are not subject to return or exchange, in accordance with Article 57, item 3 of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), which refers to "delivery of goods made to the consumer's order or according to his individual requirements".
